1. Acceptance of Terms The website and AI platform located at https://www.juriswift.ai/ ("Platform") are operated by JURISWIFT AI TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD ("Juriswift", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "you") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
2. Intellectual Property Rights Juriswift retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to its source code, AI algorithms, workflows, user interface, and "look and feel".

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal professional business purposes.

Restrictions: You must not (a) reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform; (b) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any aspect of the Platform; or (c) access the Platform to build a competitive product or service.
3. Nature of AI Services & Professional Responsibility IMPORTANT: The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence to assist in legal workflows. You acknowledge that:

No Legal Advice: The Platform provides administrative and drafting support only. It does not constitute legal advice and does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and Juriswift.

Verification Required: AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or "hallucinations". You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all documents, calculations, and advice generated by the Platform before use. Juriswift is not liable for any professional negligence or errors in judgment resulting from your reliance on the Platform.
4. User Accounts & Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account access with third parties. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Juriswift is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Juriswift expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Any statistics, time-savings, or efficiency gains quoted on our Website or marketing materials are based on internal testing and case studies under controlled environments. Juriswift does not guarantee that You will achieve the same results. Your actual efficiency may vary depending on factors including but not limited to: your internet connection, typing speed, familiarity with the Platform, and the complexity of the specific legal matter. We provide the Platform as a productivity tool, not as a guarantee of specific business outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantees implied by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded. However, to the extent permitted by law, Juriswift’s liability is limited (at our option) to the re-supply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again.
IN NO EVENT SHALL JURISWIFT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages;

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; or

Any claims arising from professional negligence or malpractice.
Cap on Liability: Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you to Juriswift in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Juriswift, its directors, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
9. Governing Law (Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Dispute Resolution: Regardless of where you access the Platform from (whether interstate or internationally), you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any disputes.

Exclusion: The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
